Now that you have your personal narrative returned to you, you need to take your time and reflect on the experience of writing it.  Open the reflection-sheet-personal-narrative document and type in your well thought out responses.

You will need to show this reflection sheet and your personal narrative to your parents at the Student-Led Conferences.

If you want to re-write your personal narrative for a grade, you will need to turn it in to me by Thursday morning in homeroom.

Please post your personal narrative and reflection to your blog. If you re-write it, you’ll need to post the newer version as well and include a paragraph explaining what you changed and why.

ALL OF THESE POSTS NEED TO BE IN BOTH  THE “HUMANITIES” CATEGORY AND THE “SLC” CATEGORY.

Write a reflection on your seventh grade year to date.  Post you well-thought out and described answers on your blog, password protect it, and categorize it as SLC.

What have been some of the highlights, the lowlights?

Where have you really improved?

Where have you disappointed yourself?

What do you wish you could change, what would you keep the same?

Think about your year in terms of academic, social and emotional. Try to address all three areas.
