A wonderful theatre opportunity has come up for middle school drama students. Febuary 5-7 there will be an International Schools Theatre Association (ISTA) Festival hosted by the SAS Puxi campus. Students will work with other middle school students from a variety of international schools engaged in interactive theatre arts workshops. Our high school theatre program has been involved in ISTA festivals and finds the experiences from this organization very rewarding. Here are more specific details:
November 20, 2008
Busses will arrive by 11:00am. Play participants get ready while the rest of the audience can mingle in the lobby and have coffee/tea and treats. The show will begin at 11:35am. After the show we will all to the cafeteria for the Thanksgiving style lunch. Busses depart SAS at 2:30pm.
