Shanghai American School Educational Programs Office

The SAS Student Programs Committee will be beginning its work in early November with the first of 4 retreat style meetings to be held this year.  The SPC is charged with the advisory level work associated with our Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation efforts, curriculum review processes, long-range educational programs development and student assessment review.

Meeting dates are currently planned for November 20, January 23, March 12 and May 4.  Meeting will run from 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM and will alternate campuses.  It is expectated that members be able to attend all meetings.

We are looking for a minimum of one parent representative per division, but will certainly accept more volunteers.  If you are interested, please email Andrew.Torris@saschina.org by October 30th.
