Journeys – Vocabulary Visualization #1

Vocabulary Visualization Journeys 1Today in ESOL we created a series of vocabulary visualizations for the new “Journeys” unit in Humanities.  Some of you may remember that we also created a series of vocabulary visualizations for the “What is Evidence?” unit in the first quarter.  There are more words to come, but today we started with:

serenity
discrimination
stereotype
lunge
cringe
immigration
acclimatized
mutinous
fugitive
master
slave
servile
visa

Great job, class! We still have a few more words to add, and next we’ll be focusing on the fascinating world of literary elements ;-)
