Step One: Copy the URL of the YouTube video you want to embed.
Step Two: Click on the Yellow A in the Write tool bar.
Step Three: Paste the URL of your YouTube video into the box provided.
Step Four: Click OK
Step Five: The program will insert some code that looks similar to this.
As soon as you publish your post this code turns into an embedded video. You can type before or after the code. Just make sure you don’t delete any part of the code. 
Widgetbox.com is becoming a popular place to find widgets to put on your blogs. In the past Widgetbox used a special Sidebar Widget plugin to run its widgets.
A couple weeks ago Widgetbox dropped support for their Sidebar widget and now allows you to copy and paste the embed code directly into a SideBar Widget Text Box.
To embed a Widgetbox Widget follow these instructions.
1. Create your widget at widgetbox.com
2. Find the Add To area and click on the Wordpress image (A blue and white W)
3. Click on the Copy to Clipboard button. This will copy the code so that you can add it to your blog.
4. Log into your blog and go to Presentation-Sidebar Widget
5. Put a text box in your sidebar and click on it to add the code
6. Paste the code by right clicking and choosing paste or using Ctrl+V on your keyboard
7. Click Save Changes and then view your site. Your new widget should be ready to go!
