International Fair Pre planning meeting–Wednesday, May 16

It’s that time of year again! We need to get ourselves organized for the International Fair before everyone heads out for the summer. The fair is on October 20th this year, which sounds like a long way off, but as we all know it sneaks up on us very quickly once school gets rolling!
If at all possible, we would love to have you join us for the pre-planning meeting on Wednesday, May 16, at 8:00 a.m. in the HS conference room (A 103). If you are unable to attend, but are planning to lead a committee again this year, please let me know so we can have all key positions filled by next Wednesday. Please try to attend the meeting to learn more about the MANY ways you can choose to become involved with the fair. It is truly the one event that drives and finances all the fabulous support the PTSA is able to offer the school, so we need all hands on deck for this event in order to continue its long history of success.

Teachers appreciation luncheon will be held on Thursday, May 10 from 11:30 – 2pm at PAC, please bring dishes to PAC or to your designated school office, or come and serve the food!!
Please label all containers (lids and serving items as well) with your child’s name and grade.
