11/21 – C MINOR GROOVE IMPROVISATION
Download the following audio file and drag it onto a Garageband (acoustic) track. Create another track and record yourself improvising over the track. Your focus should be rhythm (groove). Listen to the background track and try some short “riffs” that fit the rhythm. Don’t feel like you have to play a lot of different notes.
The background in based on the key of Concert C minor (just like Concert Eb Major). Make sure your instrument track is loud enough so we can hear you over the background (this can be adjusted after recording). Post your recording. Write a brief description of the experience.
