Goodbye Ugandan Global Project

Today we added our final post to our Shared Ugandan Global Project Blog.

Classes from around the world taught us about money in their own country.

We learned that Australia has the only two mammals in the world that lay eggs-they are both on an Australian Coin.

American money has names like dime and quarter.

As part of our homework last week, we researched about money in China. From there we made a movie. We hope you enjoy it.

What did you learn about Chinese money?

What questions do you have?

    Dear Ethan’s mom

    Thanks for your comment.
It only took us a morning to film and put together. Ethan did a great job of cameraman!

    Dear Team Toa,
I think it is goodbye to Uganda project. I hope they can get the land and maybe make the school even better. Do you think they could make the school better and get the land?

    Dear Team Toa,
It was so fun doing that. I was very happy when I showed my mom. I was in the crowd with Adrienne. I hope we can do more stuff like that because that was really fun. I was so happy when I saw what it was like.

I liked the video! How do they get it to a Team Toa news? It was so cool to watch the video. I learned a lot about China’s money is different to New York’s money. I learned lots of facts about money. I enjoyed that video!

    Hi Julia
Thanks for your comment. We certainly had fun making the video. The money is different right? but also same in many ways with 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 bills which I know the US has also. We also learn about US money in our math class so we work with pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarters too.
You last name is Chinese. Have you been to China?
